    • I like this series – a bunch. There are all sorts of inclusions of the ‘lesser tales’ that not everyone is familiar with – and well: I’m sensitive to (perhaps overly so) the characterization of female leads in the books I read – and Alice is smart and sassy, and learning how to balance that in the high school world where the smart is not always celebrated with popularity and a cheerleading uniform.
